1.1 Creator-Voice is an online platform that provides voice transformation services to its users. Our service allows users to generate text to voice messages with the voice of the user.
1.1.1 Creator-Voice may use third-party providers to provide the service and product stated.
1.2 Creator-Voice is owned and operated by RemoveLabs GmbH (“Creator-Voice,” „we,“ „us,“ or „our“), a corporation registered under the laws of Austria.
1.3 This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and Creator-Voice. By using Creator-Voice, you acknowledge that you have read, comprehended, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.
User Accounts
2.1 To utilize Creator-Voice, you must create a user account. You can create a user account by providing your name, email address, and other necessary information. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your user account and password.
2.2 You commit to providing accurate, up-to-date, and complete information when creating your user account and to update your information as needed to ensure its accuracy and completeness.
2.3 Sharing your user account with others is not permitted. You are solely responsible for all activities occurring under your user account.
2.4 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your user account if there is reason to suspect that you have violated this Agreement or any applicable laws or regulations.
Voice Transformation Services
3.1 Creator-Voice offers voice transformation services to its users. Our service enables users to modify their voice into various selections, including celebrity voices, for speaking, singing, and rapping purposes.
3.2 You acknowledge that our voice transformation services are provided on an „as is“ and „as available“ basis. We do not guarantee that our services will meet your specific requirements or that they will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
3.3 Our voice transformation services are based on artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms. While our AI vocals are trained with legal materials, we disclaim any liability for the produced samples. No warranties or representations are made concerning the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of our voice transformation services. Please be aware that services might exist that are able to detect whether a voice sample has been created artificially.
3.4 You acknowledge that our voice transformation services may not be suitable for all purposes, and it is your responsibility to determine whether they meet your needs. Furthermore you are responsible to check whether the platform where you upload artificially generated samples allows the use of such.
Use of Creator-Voice
4.1 You agree to use Creator-Voice in compliance with this Agreement and all applicable laws and regulations.
4.2 You may not use Creator-Voice for any illegal or unauthorized purposes, including, but not limited to, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, or transmitting any material that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful.
4.3 Impersonating or misrepresenting yourself as another person, entity, or organization using Creator-Voice is not allowed.
4.4 Creator-Voice must not be used for the purpose of harassing, intimidating, or threatening any person or entity.
4.5 Collecting, storing, or transmitting personally identifiable information of any person without their consent using Creator-Voice is prohibited.
User Content
5.1 Creator-Voice allows users to upload files and recordings to our platform for voice transformation purposes.
5.2 You are solely responsible for the content you upload to Creator-Voice.
5.3 You agree not to upload any content that is illegal, infringes on intellectual property rights, or violates any applicable laws or regulations.
5.4 Creator-Voice may use the content you upload to enhance our services and train our machine learning algorithms or their of its third-party providers.
5.5 You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to upload the content to Creator-Voice and that such content does not infringe on any third-party rights.
5.6 You acknowledge that Creator-Voice does not guarantee the confidentiality or security of any content you upload to our platform.
5.7 Creator-Voice reserves the right to remove any content that violates this Agreement or any applicable laws or regulations.
Fees and Payment
6.1 Creator-Voice offers both free trails and paid subscription plans.
6.2 Free users may use our voice transformation services only 7 days for free.
6.3 Paid users may use our voice transformation services for commercial purposes.
6.4 Creator-Voice reserves the right to change the fees and subscription plans at any time. Any changes to the fees or subscription plans will be communicated to you in advance.
6.5 You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of Creator-Voice.
Intellectual Property
7.1 Creator-Voice may not own, but have the power of attorney to use all intellectual property rights related to our vocal transformation services, including all software, algorithms, and content.
7.2 You acknowledge that Creator-Voice holds all rights, title, and interest in our voice transformation services, and you have no rights to our services beyond what is expressly granted in this Agreement.
7.3 Without our prior written consent, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or transfer any part of Creator-Voice or our vocal transformation services.

Disclaimer of Warranties
8.1 Creator-Voice provides our voice transformation services „as is“ and „as available.“ We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of our services.
8.2 We do not guarantee that our services will meet your specific requirements or that they will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
8.3 Creator-Voice disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
9.1 Creator-Voice shall not be liable for any damages, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising from your use of Creator-Voice or our voice transformation services.
9.2 Creator-Voice shall not be liable for damages resulting from the use or inability to use our voice transformation services, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
9.3 In no event shall Creator-Voice’s total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid for your use of our voice transformation services.
Indemnification
10.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Creator-Voice harmless from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including, but not limited to, attorneys‘ fees, arising from your use of Creator-Voice or our voice transformation services or any violation of this Agreement or any applicable laws or regulations.
Governing Law
11.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Dispute Resolution
12.1 Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement or your use of Creator-Voice shall be resolved through binding arbitration, conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
13. Termination
13.1 Creator-Voice
may terminate this Agreement and your access to our voice transformation services at any time and for any reason, with or without notice.
13.2 Upon termination of this Agreement, you must immediately cease all use of Creator-Voice and our voice transformation services.
Miscellaneous
14.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Creator-Voice regarding your use of our voice transformation services and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
14.2 Creator-Voice may assign this Agreement without your consent.
14.3 If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14.4 The failure of Creator-Voice to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
14.5 This Agreement shall not be construed to create any agency, partnership, joint venture, or other form of joint enterprise between you and Creator-Voice.
14.6 You may not assign this Agreement without the prior written consent of Creator-Voice.

We have integrated Matomo Analytics on our websites. Matomo Analytics is a web analytics service which provides us with usage data. Matomo is a Google Analytics alternative that protects your data and privacy. By using Matomo instead of Google Analytics, we have 100% data ownership and the power to protect user’s privacy. Matomo runs locally on our servers (in this case in Germany) and the data is not shared with Matomo or to any third party without our direct intervention. We have configured Matomo Analytics in the way that it provides the IP address of visitors in an abridged and therefore anonymized form, in our case the recommended two last bytes.
Matomo Analytics also places a cookie on your device. A cookie is a small piece of data that a website asks your browser to store on your computer or mobile device. The cookie allows the website to “remember” your actions or preferences over time. Most browsers support cookies, but you can set your browsers to decline them and can delete them whenever you like.The cookie enables Matomo to analyze the use of our websites.
